The Role:  Coordinating shipments from loading ex Cold Store to the issuing of Commercial Documents for presentation to a Bank.

Duties:

Input of shipping information on Data Base on a daily basis
 
Booking containers to match ordered shipment dates.
 
Working closely with shipping lines to assure containers are shipping  and arriving on time.
 
Maintain shipment files with the required documentation
 
Send shipment detail reports to customers.
 
Create Commercial Documentation e.g. Commercial Invoice, Certificates of Origin etc.,
 
Requirements:

Excellent Attention to Detail
 
Ability to follow step by step procedures
 
Excellent organizational skills
 
Excellent communication skill (another language would be an advantage but not necessary)
