CILT Administrator Wanted (6 months contract)

Job title:            Administrator (6 months contract)

 

Job Type:         Part time (25 hours per week)

                          Administration of examinations, education and membership for Professional Institute.     

            

Employer:         Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport

 

Location:          1 Fitzwilliam Place, Dublin 2

Responsibilities:

Processing applications for examinations, courses and membership.

Checking forms for completeness.

Entering data into ACCESS and EXEL databases.

Issuing results, notification letters, failure notices, certificates, etc

Respond to enquiries by phone, e-mail, letter, fax

Maintaining databases

Collating examination materials

Meeting cut off dates for registrations

Meeting deadlines for issuing notices and results

Assisting with other CILT work as required

 

Essential Experience:    

3 years administration experience using WORD, ACCESS and EXEL

 

Salary:

€16,000 per annum working 25 hours per week; additional pro rata payments for working full time (40 hours per week) for holiday cover and peak periods.  

 

Start Date:        Monday 5. July 2010.

 

Finish Date:      Friday 31. December 2010
