This course will enable individuals responsible in the appraisal process, the importance of on-going assessment, SMART objectives, mentoring, skills gaps and the appraisal process, delivering bad news and the intransigent interviewee. The course will feature role plays, case studies and tips and techniques to better prepare.

The course will assist attendees ensure staff objectives are aligned to the company’s development and marketing strategy.
The course will use participants own Appraisal templates, to ensure learning outcomes can be implemented immediately.
The course is entirely practical, developing skills that are required on an ongoing basis.
