Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport will be held via Zoom, commencing at 7:00am BST, on Sunday, 16 June 2024 to conduct the following items of ordinary business:
1. To consider the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 4 December 2023.
2. The Report of the Council of Trustees for the year, from December 2023 to May 2024.
3. The Financial Report for the year, October 2023 to September 2024.
4. Appointment of an Auditor for the year, October 2023 to September 2024.
The following grades are entitled to attend and vote: Member, Chartered Member, Fellow, Emeritus Fellow, Honorary Fellow
