Paul Healy is a seasoned leader with 25 years executive experience, helping businesses navigate change, uncertainty and transformation across the public and private sectors. His specialisms include workforce planning, organisational development and public affairs.
Paul led the transformation of the national workforce development agency Skillnet Ireland as its Chief Executive, positioning it as a cornerstone of Ireland’s enterprise and talent policy. Over his tenure he drove an improved political appreciation of industry led talent development, leading to a fourfold increase in funding to over €100M annually, and gaining international recognition as a best-practice agency.
Paul engages extensively with industry leadership, policymakers and agencies as a trusted C-suite advisor, providing guidance through periods of disruption and change. A recognised thought leader in workforce development and keynote speaker, Paul is a frequent media contributor and an adjunct lecturer in HRM.
He has served on several national and international policy groups, including Ireland’s National Skills Council, the National Training Fund Advisory Board and the European Commission Policy Steering Group on Skills for Industry. Previously he served as member of the Expert Group for Future Skills Needs and the Cross-Government Brexit Preparedness Working Group.
