Submissions for individuals can be made across four categories out of a possible thirteen awards total. Applicants are advised to select the award category they feel most closely corresponds to them. 

All submissions will require 250 words briefing about your company with a 1,000 word submission on why you feel this award most closely aligns with your business and achievements to date. 

There will be the opportunity to upload a file to add as supporting documentation for your award.

Applicants can enter a number of Leadership awards under the categories of Operations, Sustainability & Digitalisation, Service and Mobility. The awards are open to individuals and companies. 

The overall CILT (Ireland) Mobility & Supply Chain Champion 2023 will be selected from the four different organisational (company) categories. 

The winner of CILT (Ireland) Freight & Logistics Provider 2023 may have the opportunity to advance to the European Logistics Association (ELA) awards as the Irish nominee. 

There are 6 areas that will be taken into consideration by our judges when reviewing each application so please bear this in mind when submitting your application. See below:

1. Innovation: The use of innovative technologies, processes, or strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, or enhance customer experience.
2. Sustainability: Demonstrated commitment to sustainable practices, such as reducing carbon footprint, promoting circular economy, or using environmentally friendly materials.
3. Customer service: Excellence in meeting customer needs, including responsiveness, reliability, and quality of service.
4. Operational excellence: Achieving operational efficiency, such as optimizing inventory management, reducing lead times, or improving order accuracy.
5. Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with partners, suppliers, or customers to achieve mutual benefits.
6. Industry impact: Demonstrated impact on the industry, such as thought leadership, influence on regulatory policies, or contribution to promoting best practices.
