Guide on photos

As part of the new website update, candidates are now asked to ensure their profile details are correct, and upload their headshot photo and a cropped image of their signature. This should be completed before the Training Provider approves them for an exam.

How?

A candidate can log into their profile, and change their identity; update their headshot and signature photos.

Beforehand, the candidate should have an appropriate headshot photo, and a cropped image of their signature, both as digital images on their computer or phone. Both iOS and Android phones and Windows have basic functionality for cropping of images.

When ready, click 'Edit Identity' and a popup appears;

Next Step

  • Computer users can just drag and drop the images onto their respective sections; upper for headshot, lower for signature. When both headshot and signature files are uploaded, click Save.

  • Android or iOS users can click the respective area, navigate towards the headshot or signature image, select the image, and it will upload. When both headshot and signature files are uploaded, click Save.
