This collaborative approach enables us to tailor our education and training programmes to address individual company and industry skill gaps.
Presently, four key strategic themes in relation to skills development have been identified. These determine whether supply chain and logistics organisations will have the capability to meet their operational demands. Many companies consider each element separately, although gaps in one area may have an impact on another. Each of our partner companies is now preparing a clearly defined skills strategy for each theme.
