The webinar will include speakers from Revenue, Kenneth Gory and Declan O'Dalaigh.
Kenneth Gory is an Administrative Officer in the Import & Export Procedures Unit. The Unit provides support on customs policy and procedures, monitors and contributes to changes to the UCC, takes responsibility for guidance material for import / export and responding to complex queries. The Unit has also been tasked with managing the implementation of CBAM as Revenue will be the National Customs Authority under the CBAM Regulation.
Declan O´Dalaigh, Principal Officer, is head of the National Policy and Procedures Branch in Customs. The Branch covers all aspects of, customs policy and procedures, including classification, origin, valuation, special procedures, reliefs and prohibitions & restrictions.
