Notice of CILT International AGM 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport will be held via Zoom commencing at 1.00pm GMT on Monday, 4 December 2023 to conduct the following items of ordinary business:
1. To consider and if thought fit adopt the accounts for the year ended 30 September 2022 and the reports of the Trustees and auditors.
2. To re-appoint Mazars LLP as auditors and to authorise the Trustees to agree their remuneration.
Please note, the minutes of the meeting held on Tuesday, 25 October 2022, Annual Report and Accounts, and the Proxy Voting Form for the AGM are all available on the CILT International Website.
